Team building based on an interactive circus skills workshop & game show
A fun team building event reminiscent of "The Generation Game" & "It's A Knockout."

The first team building element is an interactive session of circus skills workshop based on John Jeremy's highly successful "Circus Whiz."

Under guidance from tutor/entertainers every team member tries their hand at juggling balls, clubs, diablos, walking on cup and fun stilts, spinning plates and ropes, riding on pedal-gos and balloon modelling to begin the team building experience in the circus skills workshop.

Competitors have to ensure that all workshop skills are covered before team building games commence.

The event normally takes place indoors with between 20 and 80 participants team building (the circus skills workshop may be outside).

Timings are variable, the circus skills workshop may be in the morning followed by the team building game in the afternoon, both elements may be together; be split by dinner; or the whole team building event take place after dinner.

The second element is Corporate Team Challenge

Six to eight circus skills team building games are played.  Each has its own introduction from a professional entertainer after which teams compete. Games are based on circus skills learnt in the workshop, plus one or two surprises.  At the end scores are totalled, the winning team announced, followed by our version of the conveyor belt to produce the winners' prizes as a conclusion to this team building activity.

All The Corporate Team Challenge team need for this team building is a function room, a chair for each competitor and a couple of tables.  Back-drop, P.A. system, scoreboard, referee and compere are provided along with all circus skills workshop and team building game show equipment, plus as many tutor-entertainers as necessary.

The circus skills workshop and team games are not messy or dangerous, come with full public liability insurance and many years experience.

Alternatively events can conclude with a circus show in which as many participants as wish can take part showing their circus skills as learnt in the workshop alongside the professional artistes as an alternative ending to the team building activities.
